Terms of Service

AgentLens is a B2B SaaS analytics platform that measures AI coding tool adoption and ROI (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) for engineering organisations. The Service connects to your GitHub organisation via a GitHub App installation, ingests commit metadata and Copilot Metrics API aggregates, and presents ROI dashboards, benchmark comparisons, and PDF exports.

You must be an authorised representativeof your organisation — with authority to install a GitHub App and accept these terms on the organisation's behalf — to use the Service. Individual personal accounts are not supported.

You own your data. All GitHub metadata, Copilot telemetry, and dashboard outputs ingested from your organisation belong to you. You may request a full export or deletion at any time.

AgentLens owns anonymised benchmark aggregates. When your data passes through the anonymisation pipeline, the resulting aggregates — which contain no org identifiers, user IDs, or PII — become part of the AgentLens benchmark database. These aggregates cannot be traced back to your organisation.

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a monthly or annual subscription plan, or cancel. If you do not select a plan, your account enters read-only mode and all data is deleted after a further 30 days.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each calendar month and may be cancelled at any time — your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. Cancellations are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of annual payment. No refunds are issued after 14 days. Unused months are not refunded.

You agree not to:

• ✕Use the Service if you are not an authorised representative of the subscribing organisation
• ✕Scrape, bulk-export, or resell AgentLens benchmark data without written permission
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms
• ✕Use the Service to process data from organisations you do not represent
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other customers' data
• ✕Use automated tools to generate synthetic GitHub activity to manipulate benchmark scores

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AgentLens does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result or decision will be achieved by using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgentLens's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AgentLens in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AgentLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
